BEST DESIGN AWARD 4 YEARS IN A ROW!!!

We are a small woman-owned architectural design firm. Our mission and our passion is to design beautiful, healthy, energy efficient and functional homes with classic architectural detail....all in modular construction.

Our homes are typically factory built under a controlled environment that assures a precise engineered, healthy and quality built home.  We keep up with all the latest materials to keep your home dry, warm and safe.  A home that is designed and built properly uses less energy and requires less maintenance, thereby saving money for the homeowners.

a note from Amy…..

My passion is to create “new” old homes, with the exterior look of an early American Classic home and the interior that incorporates modern technology that our society has adapted to.  It’s time to step back into houses that are truly functional with mudrooms, pantries, linen closets and places to put a vacuum, unlike the cookie-cutter builder houses that are being built on every corner of America.  My homes are carefully designed with true function in mind; how someone will use a space.  A house does not have to be big to be functional; it just needs to have the right planned spaces.

You will not find oversized master bedrooms and bathrooms in my plans, because I don’t believe in them.  Seriously, it always comes down to cost and square footage so wouldn’t you rather have more space in the kitchen or family room?

What are people doing in these huge Master Bedroom suites anyways?

What you will find in all of my designs is an entry hall/or transition space at the front door.  Why? I don’t believe that someone should enter your house smack into the living space and bring in the rain, mud or snow directly into your house.  You will also find plenty of storage place...whether it's a coat closet, broom closet, pantry or linen closet, we all need them and I don't understand why most plans just don't have them!

Enjoy my plans, and please feel free to send me a comment on our contact sheet.
